1. Open the Venmo app.

2. Send payment to:  Scan the QR Code on the annual statement or,

Type @username - @StonegateCommerce

3. Enter the annual HOA dues amount + VENMO fee into the payment amount.

4. Include your address in the payment note. 

It is important for us to track which resident the payment is from.

Our annual dues pay for the following;

• Landscape Maintenance

• Snow Removal

• HOA Liability Insurance

• Common Area Electricity

• Common Area Sprinklers and Water

• Paper, Printing, Postage, and Supplies

• HOA PO Box

• Neighborhood Social Events

• ETC
